Change affects everything. In 2007 the mortgage
industry changed drastically. Financing that was
available in years past was no longer available
because of a constantly changing environment.
Change is constant and as shown above in order
to be successful you must be able to adapt.
We know and understand change. It is our policy
to speak with underwriters, account
representatives and/or business loan brokers on
a regular basis to make sure that the business
credit we are building ultimately matches the
lenders guidelines.
Because of change we even "changed" how we earn

of their fees up front (What if loan guidelines
change and you are not qualified for a loan?). We

guidelines change and you don't get the loans
