We Have A Real
Office
Under normal circumstances, we are all for home
based businesses. We even operated our mortgage
business from home for several years. You and I
know that having a bricks and mortar office is no
guarantee of being successful, nor is working
from home a sign of failure. I know hundreds of
very successful business people who make very
good incomes from their home based business.
That being said, we feel that the business of
building business credit is a little different.
This difference has nothing to do with the fact
that a building business credit company can't be
successful while working out of the home. Our
issue with building business credit from home is
that one of the requirements that a bank has for
"cash" funding is that your business has to have
a commercial location. How could a business
credit consultant suggest that you go out and
rent an office while they are working from home.
That is like a real estate agent telling you
that this is the best time to buy real estate
and they live in an apartment.
